Quiz for Tilde

Surveys and quizzes are a good opportunity to get to know your customers in a playful way. Tests evoke positive emotions, and they are also not associated with advertising and sales. Therefore, users will tell you what they are interested in and what they expect from your business — you will only need to form an offer and send it.

You can take a survey on the landing page or post it on a separate page.

To do this, select the BF919 "Step-by-step form" block in the "Form and Button" category. Add it to the appropriate place on the page.
Click on the "Content" button and configure the form steps in the "Input Fields" section.
In the "Other" section, you can set up a message about the successful sending of data, set names for buttons, specify the address where the user will be redirected after sending data, etc.
Click on the "Settings" button and select styles for the form elements.

Publish the page

Let's consider another way. We will make a quiz in a pop-up window and attach it to the block made on Zero Block.

To do this, select the BF920 "Pop-up: Step-by-step form" block. Next, specify the type of questions and customize the form: size, color palette, fonts, button style, cards and animation effects.

When you add a block in the text, its link will be indicated on it. it can be changed to any name.

Next, you need to create a Zero Block.

What is Zero Block needed for?:

  • When you have not found a suitable standard block and you need to create it from scratch;
  • When you need to make the same headers on the site (the display in the standard blocks is often different);
  • Some standard blocks in the Tilde are made immediately in the zero format, which means that you have to figure out and configure the zero block on the go;
  • It happens that you need to somehow screw up the standard block. For example, you can put your own pictures instead of ready–made pictograms and enlarge them. In this case, you can convert the standard block to zero and change it there.

Click on the Zero Block button at the very bottom of the block library. The Zero Block section will be added and click “Edit” in the upper left corner.

Next, the Zero Block template opens. Delete all the contents and click on the "plus" at the top left and select "Add Button". The button will be our trigger for calling the pop-up quiz form.

You can customize the block any way you want by adding elements and configuring them using the toolbar.

Attach the previously created quiz form to this button. To do this, click on the button and the element settings window will open. In the “URL” field, enter our link to the form.

Save and close the Zero Block window.

Now you can publish the page.

Problems with shapes on the Tilde

When using the free tariff (Free), the services for receiving data in forms will not work. Applications will be stored in the internal system in the “Applications” section for a limited time.

If you have enabled one of the paid tariffs or activated the shareware version, then all data reception services integrated into the Tilde become available.

Services for receiving data from forms work only with an active subscription.

The ability to export the site is provided only in the Business tariff plan.

When exporting, you get only static html and plus files such as images, css, js. After that, you have:

  • all feedback methods stop working;
  • your CRM is missing;
  • sending goal achievements to the analytics system stops working;
  • fonts of partner companies are disappearing.

When the trial period ends, the site will be removed from publication after 5 days, Tilda will offer to renew the subscription (pay) or switch to a free plan. Projects on an unpaid tariff are stored for only 6 months.

Use the Qform service to restore the forms left without the standard Tilde handler. In terms of working with forms, the service is not inferior to Tilde and provides such features as:

  1. There is no limit to the number of applications.
  2. It works on all CMS.
  3. Integration with CRM systems and mailing services.
  4. Sending goals to the analytics system.
  5. Internal CRM system.
  6. An easy and intuitive constructor.
  7. Protection from bots with CAPTCHA.
  8. Connecting your own CSS styles.

In order to create a quiz form on the QForm service, you must enter the designer mode.
Create new sections, name them and include the necessary fields to create blocks of questions that the user will go through.

In the “Design” tab of the “Form filling steps” section, you can select the style for displaying the steps of the quiz form.

So, we have created a quiz form that will be displayed in context with horizontally arranged steps.

To integrate the created form on the Qform service into the Tilde in the public part of the site, create a section by clicking on the "+" and in the list of blocks go down to the "Other" section and select "HTML code".

Click on the "Content" menu and in the "HTML CODE / WIDGET CODE" field, paste the copied DIV to install the form and the script code to open the form.

Click on the “Save and Close” button at the top of the menu, then click on the "Settings" button.

Adjust the shape display (width, margins, alignment, background color) and click “Save and Close” at the top of the menu.

Click “Publish" and open the page.
